Shillong,Jan 19: Rain and hailstorm hit parts of the city on Wednesday.
This is the second experience for Shillongites after the large scale pelting of hailstones on December 22 last year.

The Upper Shillong Seismological observatory said while the maximum for the day was 14.3 degree Celsius, the minimum was 6.9.
