Shillong, Jan 10: The Congress has released the second lists of 16 candidates for the district council polls.
Out of this, 11 are for the KHADC and 5 for JHADC.
The candidates for KHADC are: Victor Ranee – Jirang, Micky DAuglas Syiem – Umroi, Lamborsing Nongrum – Nongkrem, Rilang Nongkhlaw – Langkyrdem Laitkroh, Monarch Shabong – Nongshken, Batskhem Marbaniang – Mawsynram, B Vitus Rymmai – Sohra, George Sun – Mawphlang Diengiei, G Ningstar Marthong – Nongstoin, Kodang Rashir – Mawshynrut and Pherdonnam Rngaid – Langrin.
The candidates for JHADC polls are: Bitos Sari – Mukhla Ummulong, Katbanbiang Lamare – Nartiang, Richard Singh Lyngdoh – Mynso Nongjngi, aron Pasweth – Jowai South and Lalwilliam Thiaite – Saipung Nongkhlieh.
Till date, the party announced 42 candidates for both the councils of which 16 are for JHADC and 26 for KHADC.
